We hope you thoroughly enjoy your entire experience with Unplowed Ground Coffee Co. But sometimes things happen that need our attention. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your coffee please email us at orders@unplowedgroundcoffee.com with a brief description of the issue along with your order number so we can start the process of making things right. Since coffee is a perishable item, we cannot accept returns but we can offer a solution! If you received the wrong coffee, experience quality issues, or have any other concerns please email orders@unplowedgroundcoffee.com along with your order number and a brief description of your issue within 14 days of receipt. We will be in touch and get your coffee concerns moving in the right direction.
